Counselling & demo class
These are skills you learn by doing, so the classes are run that way: short explanations, then practice on the computer in front of you while the trainer watches and corrects.
You spend the class working on a lab computer, not watching a projector.
The trainer has time to sit with you, check your work and fix habits before they set.
Every topic ends in a task you complete yourself, on the same software offices use.
Come back with a doubt from your job or exam preparation and a trainer will go through it.
The course is built for learners arriving from different starting points.
A practical skill to add while you decide on, or continue, further studies.
Candidates preparing for clerk, data entry and other posts that test computer or typing skills.
Learn at your own pace in a friendly batch, for work from home or everyday use.
Fits alongside a degree, with weekend and evening batches covering the same syllabus.
Build the portfolio and interview practice that a first role actually asks for.
Eligibility
Not sure whether your background fits? Counselling is free — tell us your background and goal and we will suggest the right batch, with no obligation.
The stack you work with in class and in the live projects.
Finishing Data Entry puts three separate documents in your file — each one for a different part of what you did.
Awarded when you complete the Data Entry programme. Where the track has a recognised vendor exam, we prepare you for that as well.
For the live project you build during Data Entry, naming the work and the tools you used — so the project on your CV is backed by paper, not just claimed.
Take your training as a university internship and you finish with an internship letter covering your weeks on a project team.
See internship trainingIllustration — ask to see a real certificate at the centre.
How the paper is used
The roles Data Entry prepares you for, and the kinds of employers who use these skills. Outcomes depend on your own work and the market — we prepare you for interviews, we do not promise a job or a number.
Placement support comes with every course — portfolio review, mock interviews and guidance on where to apply.
Talk about placementsMost Data Entry courses cover a similar syllabus. What separates them is what you build while you are there, and what happens after the last session.

What the call covers
Counselling and the demo class are both free.
It is a six-week practical course at our Model Town centre that trains you for data entry work — typing speed, the numeric keypad, entering and validating records in Excel, document and online entry, and checking your own accuracy.
Students after 10th or 12th, government job aspirants applying for data entry posts, homemakers looking for work they can do from home, and freshers wanting a first office job.
Basic computer use helps. If you are completely new, tell us at counselling and we will suggest starting with Basic Computer.
Yes. Those posts usually test typing or key-depression speed and basic computer knowledge. The course builds both with timed practice; bring your notification to counselling so the practice can follow its pattern.
The skills are the same whether you work in an office or at home. A word of caution we give every batch: genuine work never asks you to pay a registration fee first. The trainer explains how to recognise such offers.
6 Weeks, across 4 modules and about 30 sessions. Weekday and weekend batches cover the same syllabus, so choose the timing that suits you.
