Terms & Conditions.

The ground rules for using our website and joining a programme — enrolment, fees, conduct, certificates and placement support.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at techcaddhoshiarpur.com and all services provided by techcadd at its Hoshiarpur centre (“we”, “our” or “us”), including course enrolment, training delivery, certification and placement assistance.

By accessing our website or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Applicants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Specific programmes may have additional eligibility requirements, such as educational qualifications or prior experience, which will be communicated during counselling.

3. Enrolment and Admission

Admission to any programme is confirmed only after registration formalities are complete and the applicable fee or first instalment has been paid. Seats in each batch are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation.

We may cancel or reschedule a batch if the minimum number of students is not met. In that case, enrolled students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund.

4. Fees and Payment

Course fees, instalment schedules and any EMI arrangements are communicated during counselling and recorded in your enrolment agreement. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Fees once paid are not transferable to another person. Late payment of instalments may result in suspension of access to classes, labs and course materials until the outstanding amount is cleared.

We accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking and approved EMI options.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the refund terms.

6. Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to maintain the minimum attendance required for certification — typically 75% of scheduled sessions. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in denial of certification or the need to repeat modules.

Students must conduct themselves professionally in classrooms, labs and project teams. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, academic dishonesty (including plagiarism) or misuse of institute property may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion without refund.

Access to labs, recordings, the student portal and course materials is personal to you and may not be shared with others.

7. Course Content and Delivery

Curriculum, trainers, tools, software versions and batch schedules may be revised at our discretion to keep programmes current with industry practice. We aim to deliver every module in the published syllabus, but may modify, add or remove topics to better match industry requirements.

Course materials, presentations, recordings, assignments and project files are for your personal learning only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold or shared in any form without our prior written consent.

8. Certification

Certificates are issued on successful completion of a course, subject to meeting attendance, assignment and project requirements. Certificates are issued for personal use only.

We do not guarantee that our certificates will be recognised by any specific employer, university or regulatory body. Their value depends on the skills you acquire and demonstrate.

9. Placement Assistance

Placement assistance means active support — profile preparation, resume building, interview coaching, mock interviews and introductions to our hiring partners. It is not a guarantee of employment.

Placement outcomes depend on many factors, including your performance in the programme and at interview, market conditions and the requirements of hiring partners. We are not liable for placement outcomes.

Students who opt in to placement assistance consent to their profile (resume, skills, project portfolio) being shared with our hiring partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, course descriptions, blog posts, videos and software — belongs to techcadd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the website by, anyone else. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or databases;
  • introduce viruses, trojans or other malicious code;
  • scrape, crawl or harvest content from our website without permission;
  • use the website to send unsolicited advertising or spam.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific course in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless techcadd, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
