No. The whole course can be completed on the free plan. The trainer shows what the paid plan adds, so you can decide later whether it is worth it for your work.
Canva is enough for your own social media and simple print items. Print shops and design jobs expect Photoshop and CorelDRAW; if that is your aim, take Basic Graphic Design or the full Graphic Design course.
