Counselling & demo class
Accounting software is easy to click through and easy to get wrong. Every entry here is taught with the accounting reason behind it, using the kind of vouchers and bills a Hoshiarpur business actually handles.
You learn why an entry goes where it does, so you can handle cases the class never covered.
Practice companies built from the purchase bills, sales invoices and expenses of a typical local trader.
Tax invoices, input credit and returns worked through the way an accounts office files them.
Bring a problem from your first accounts job back to your trainer.
The course is built for learners arriving from different starting points.
The practical accounting software skill your degree does not teach.
Move to current software and handle GST work with confidence.
Skills you can bill for, plus the delivery habits clients expect.
Build the portfolio and interview practice that a first role actually asks for.
Weekend batches and 1-on-1 mentoring for people training without taking leave.
Eligibility
Not sure whether your background fits? Counselling is free — tell us your background and goal and we will suggest the right batch, with no obligation.
The stack you work with in class and in the live projects.
Finishing QuickBooks puts three separate documents in your file — each one for a different part of what you did.
Awarded when you complete the QuickBooks programme. Where the track has a recognised vendor exam, we prepare you for that as well.
For the live project you build during QuickBooks, naming the work and the tools you used — so the project on your CV is backed by paper, not just claimed.
Take your training as a university internship and you finish with an internship letter covering your weeks on a project team.
See internship trainingIllustration — ask to see a real certificate at the centre.
How the paper is used
The roles QuickBooks prepares you for, and the kinds of employers who use these skills. Outcomes depend on your own work and the market — we prepare you for interviews, we do not promise a job or a number.
Placement support comes with every course — portfolio review, mock interviews and guidance on where to apply.
Talk about placementsMost QuickBooks courses cover a similar syllabus. What separates them is what you build while you are there, and what happens after the last session.

What the call covers
Counselling and the demo class are both free.
It is a bookkeeping course at our Model Town centre in QuickBooks Online — the accounting software small businesses in the US, Canada, UK and Australia use — aimed at remote and outsourced accounting jobs.
Commerce graduates, working accountants, and freelancers who want to do bookkeeping for overseas clients or join an outsourced accounting firm.
Basic accounting knowledge helps — debits, credits and ledgers. If you have done Tally or a commerce degree you are ready.
Indian businesses mostly use Tally. QuickBooks is learnt here for work on overseas clients' books — in outsourced accounting firms or as a freelancer — which is why the course uses US, UK and Canadian business examples.
Not necessarily, but basic accounting first makes QuickBooks much easier. Many students take Tally Prime for local jobs and QuickBooks for overseas work.
6 Weeks, across 4 modules and about 26 sessions. Weekday and weekend batches cover the same syllabus, so choose the timing that suits you.
