What you'll learn
Skills you build in 6 months
A 6-month certificate programme goes further than a single tool. The first months set the foundations; the later ones add the related skills employers ask for by name, with a project at each stage.
- Civil CAD
AutoCAD Civil
Building plans, sections, site layouts and structural details drafted in AutoCAD.
- Draft accurately to scale in AutoCAD
- Draw the plan, elevations and sections of a house
- Prepare site layouts and foundation plans
- Detail beams, columns and reinforcement
- Civil CAD
Revit Architecture
BIM modelling, families and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit.
- Explain BIM and set up a Revit project
- Model a complete building with walls, floors, roofs and stairs
- Create and edit families
- Produce schedules and a full sheet set from the model
- Civil CAD
STAAD.Pro
Structural analysis and design of RCC and steel frames in STAAD.Pro.
- Model 2D and 3D frames in STAAD.Pro
- Apply dead, live, wind and seismic loads to Indian codes
- Read bending moment, shear and deflection results
- Design RCC beams, columns and footings

How it runs
How your 6 months are spent
Concepts first, then practice on the same day. Each stage ends in work that is checked.
- 01Months 1–2
Foundations
The fundamentals of each track in the programme, taught from the beginning and practised every session.
- 02Months 3–4
Core skills in depth
The tools employers name in job adverts, each one used on real exercises until it is routine.
- 03Month 5
Projects
Work that combines the tracks, built in stages and reviewed by a trainer at each one.
- 04Month 6
Certificate and interviews
Final project, certificate, a resume built around your work and practice interviews.
Projects
Hands-on projects you will build
Projects are what you show in an interview. These are drawn from the tracks in this programme.

- Plotting
- Intermediate
Structural detail sheets
Foundation plan with footing, column and beam reinforcement details for the same house.
- Structural detailing
- Layers
- Annotation
- Intermediate
Residential house in BIM
A two-storey house modelled in Revit with a complete drawing set and schedules.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Still unsure? A ten-minute call with a counsellor usually settles it faster than a page can.
Who can join the Civil CAD Certificate Program?
Anyone who has passed Class 12, in any stream. No prior experience is assumed — the programme starts at the fundamentals. College students, graduates and working people join the same batches.
How long is the Civil CAD Certificate Program?
It runs for six months, with weekday and weekend batches at the techcadd centre in Model Town, Hoshiarpur.
What will I learn?
The programme is built from AutoCAD Civil, Revit Architecture, STAAD.Pro. Each has its own syllabus and projects, which you can read on its course page.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You receive a certificate when you complete the programme and its project work.
Can I do this alongside college?
Yes. Batches run in the morning and the evening and at weekends, so the programme can sit alongside regular college classes or a job.
Is there placement support?
Yes: a resume built around your projects, mock interviews with feedback and introductions to employers. We support your job search; we do not promise a particular job or salary.
How do I find out the fee?
Fees depend on the batch and the tracks you take. Call or message the admissions desk, or book a free counselling session, and you will get the current fee and instalment options.
